# AICSS Terms (Pro components)

These terms cover **Pro components** (anything marked `tier: "locked"` on
aicss.dev). They do **not** cover the MIT-licensed free components or the
`@aicss/cli` package; those remain under LICENSE-MIT.

## License grant

A valid Personal or Enterprise license purchased at https://www.aicss.dev
grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use Pro component source in
unlimited personal and commercial projects. Licenses are one-time, not a
subscription.

## You may

- Copy, modify, and ship Pro components inside your own products and client work.
- Keep copies you already installed.

## You may not

- Redistribute, sublicense, resell, or publish Pro source, in whole or in part.
- Share API tokens or license credentials.
- Use Pro source to build a competing component library or marketplace.

## Platform

The AICSS website, accounts, billing, and hosted registry API are not licensed
for you to operate as a competing service.

## No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
